Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant II for our Rehabilitation Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.As an Executive Assistant II, you will:Provide executive level administrative assistance to the Chief Medical Officer, including but not limited to managing deliverables, calendar and travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and events as needed.Initiate and coordinate the acquisition and receipt of all credentialing documentation from assigned providers; provides follow-up and problem resolution as required.Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and drafting credentialing policies in accordance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.Research and draft Medical Bylaws language and process changes in accordance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.Develop and manage credentialing workflow processes/procedures to ensure that all credentialing and accreditation processes are completed in accordance with relevant regulation, policies, and standards.Collaborate to develop and maintain a comprehensive credentialing database and prepares reports and summaries as appropriate, monitors physician profiles.Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate credentialing/accreditation committee proceedings; provides follow-up and problem resolution regarding committee matters as appropriate.Contribute to and dispatch special projects that are assigned.Qualifications include:Associates degree or higher education preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in confidential health care/credentialing position and/or two years’ experience in a related field required.Certified in CPCS preferred or Completion of National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) certification in Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) within five years of working in an acute care hospital credentialing role.Work Schedule:

Full Time Days: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pmProvides support to the Adventist Healthcare Rehabilitation White Oak hospital, the Rehab hospital administrator and AVP of Care Navigation.Benefits:
