The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the marketing operations team, specifically with firm events, sponsorships, and content generation, to help drive lead generation and increase brand awareness. This position will work under the guidance and direction of the VP of Marketing and work closely with other marketing team members on a variety of projects to support the firm’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives.The ideal candidate has previous experience in event and sponsorship management, digital marketing, and strong analytical skills. On a daily basis, they will be responsible for event and sponsorship management, content generation, marketing automation, website maintenance, and internal and external communication efforts.Responsibilities:Work directly with the VP of Marketing to execute marketing strategy and initiatives.Manage all aspects of firm client events, such as planning and executing off-site events, in-office happy hours, conferences, webinars, and sponsored events using HubSpot and Salesforce.Create and manage thought leadership content and marketing collateral (blog posts, brochures, case studies, website pages, proposals, videos, and press releases).Assist with internal and external communication efforts, such as external client newsletters, event invitations, and internal firm newsletters in HubSpot.Manage firm sponsorships by communicating and registering employees for upcoming sponsored events, coordinating calendar invites, and handling all aspects of the sponsorship by working directly with the sponsorship’s contact.Collaborate on social media strategy and assist with content generation for all platforms.Create marketing automation in HubSpot, such as workflows, forms, landing pages, and lists to generate leads and support marketing efforts.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment.Prior experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, HubSpot, Salesforce, and video editing applications.Skills:Creative, innovative, flexible, collaborative, and resourceful.Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, pivot, and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Self-starter that can work independently but is also able to work collaboratively as a team.Excellent writing skills with the capacity to adjust to evolving industry and market trends.Concise cross-functional communication skills to interact with all leadership levels across service lines.Ability to project manage multiple complex marketing campaigns.Desire to succeed and a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.Adept at using marketing automation technologies and tools.Ability to travel domestically and work after hours occasionally for events, meetings, and conferences.
