The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley. The Digital Marketing Manager is an Assistant Manager role, who supports the Director of Public Relations Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing to execute strategies in digital marketing, social and influencer media markets, strategy and content development, collateral oversight, website wireframe, content, and analytics. This individual can design integrated campaigns with measurable goals supported by analytics and reporting.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Aligns with the Director of Public Relations and Director of Sales & Marketing on the Resort’s digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms. Designs and implements integrated campaigns directed towards goals of awareness, engagement, and conversion with specific measurable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and supports commercial goals including direct channel mix growth.Manages Resort social media channels and maximizes Resort exposure opportunities, producing, capturing, and curating stunning, shareable content that showcases Brand DNA with clarity while increasing total audience size and engagement.Drives strategy and decisions in digital marketing alongside Director of Public Relations, Director of Revenue, and agency partners to favorably increase desired metrics in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC, paid social, email marketing and display advertising to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all platforms.Leverages social media channels to amplify key messages, support organic search, and cultivate audiences through genuine dialogue, all while embracing a data-driven approach that employs industry trends and platform best practices to engage community members and grow brand loyalty.Oversees and optimizes online and offline presence of Resort including content and images on Four Seasons owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partner, Sales Resource, etc.) and partner websites, ensuring alignment with the Hotel/ Resort’s positioning, business objectives, and storytelling.Pursues, negotiates, and coordinates social media influencer visits. Build briefs to support incoming influencer visits ensuring expectations are aligned and the influencer understands the property and brand aesthetic.In partnership with the Director of Public Relations and Director of Sales & Marketing, manages design and production of Resort promotional materials including print, digital, advertising assets and other collateral.Leverages the full suite of online reporting tools, including Adobe Analytics, ensuring activities are monitored and continuously optimized against the pre-established KPIs.Working with and managing agency partners and other corporate stakeholders.Responsible for assessing digital performance, providing strategic recommendations and successful implementation.Managing and directing sizeable media budgets/plans.Accountable to providing KPI performance and ROI implications for the hotel.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Education:College education required.Experience:3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization.Previous digital marketing experience, and hospitality and sales experience preferred.Experience with the ever-evolving inner workings of social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world.Skills and Abilities:Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills with a passion for storytelling and content creation in all formats.Fluency in English is required for this location.This is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa.
