As a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and evaluate marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and promotional programs. You will play a crucial role in providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth. Your expertise in data analysis, tracking digital performance, and evaluating program effectiveness will contribute to achieving marketing goals and objectives.Responsibilities:

Analyze marketing performance data: Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Track digital performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, paid search, and display advertising. Analyze key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement to measure the impact of digital marketing efforts.Evaluate promotional performance: Assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and initiatives, including discounts, offers, and loyalty programs. Analyze promotional data to determine the impact on customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue generation.Measure program performance: Evaluate the success of marketing programs and initiatives, such as product launches, events, partnerships, and sponsorships. Analyze program data and metrics to measure the ROI, customer engagement, and overall program effectiveness.Develop performance metrics and KPIs: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, promotional programs, and overall marketing performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish relevant benchmarks and targets.Provide actionable insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and tactics. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including marketing managers, executives, and other relevant teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing teams, digital teams, merchandising, sales teams, and other relevant departments to gather data, align on objectives, and implement performance tracking mechanisms. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive data-informed decision-making.Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, digital analytics methodologies, tracking tools, and performance measurement techniques. Apply innovative approaches to improve data analysis processes and marketing performance measurement.Insights and Reporting: Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.Information and Business Advice: Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.Channels and Touchpoints Integration: Perform channel analysis and integration techniques, aiming to provide an understanding of customer touchpoints, marketing channels, and opportunities for channel integration.What You Bring To The Table

Proven experience as a marketing performance analyst, digital performance analyst, or similar role.Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.In-depth knowledge of marketing analytics, digital marketing channels, promotional analysis, and program evaluation methodologies.Familiarity with tracking tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manages Complexity: Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Plans and Aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Business Insight: Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.American Tire Distributors is one of the largest independent suppliers of tires to the replacement tire market.
