This is an exciting position for a digital marketing specialist that has a high energy level, presentation skills, and can work independently.Colonial Surety is a digital insurance company. We are looking to add to our marketing initiatives with an internal marketing team to support our product expansion scheduled for 2020.The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the growth of the company. This is an excellent position for a motivated, quick learner who holds the below skillset. The position will be working independently and reporting out to upper management.Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing databasePlan and manage social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceIdentify trends and insights via Google AnalyticsWrite 10-15 industry blogs per weekBring innovative ideas to marketing collateral and UXPlan, execute and measure A/B testing for the websiteOversee interns to obtain market partner research and create landing pagesSchedule and take notes, summarize marketing meetingsAdministrative duties as requested by marketing lead and other department headsAttend conferences to speak with and present to potential partnersLiaison between company and agencies and other vendor partnersRequirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related fieldDemonstrated experience writing blogsExcellent presentation and communication skillsBusiness presence and professional demeanorDemonstrable managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiencesExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsSolid knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords and mass email platformsLicensed in all U.S. States and Territories
