From building the conditions for right product-market fit, competitive positioning, and external communications, to distribution, growth strategy, and product feature prioritization - the playing field is wide open for a talented marketer to shape the product and its place in the world while cultivating a growing user base.We are looking for a product marketing manager who will lead and execute our go-to-market strategy for all public market investment products. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Product and Engineering teams, you'll be responsible for shaping the development, launch, and growth of a portfolio of products aimed at modernizing public equities investing to a new generation of wealth management clients.What You Will Do

You will define the marketing and launch strategy for public markets at Arta – set goals, define the product positioning, articulate value propositions for audience segments, establish narrative, drive pricing, and lead go-to-market.

You will champion what the user wants and where market is going, by developing actionable insights that direct the product strategy and roadmap.

You will concept and deliver creative content and campaigns that grow thought-leadership, educate the end user, and drive engagement throughout the overall funnel.

You will drive adoption and growth for your business line – concepting and optimizing all stages of the funnel with touch points both in and out of the product.

Prospect, scope, and execute partnerships with other networks and communities that can extend Arta’s product penetration.

Work in tandem with Membership Success, Operations, Product Management, and Legal/Compliance teams to drive campaigns and programs.

Measure and share results of campaigns, acting on internal and external feedback to strengthen and evolve each initiative.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in asset management, robo-advisors, or financial services.

You have a demonstrated track record in driving B2C and/or B2B positioning, messaging, and launch plans that are user-centric and derived from user and industry insights.

You have a proven track record in driving product launches and leading campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels.

You are a collaborator to Arta’s vision and strategy – developing strong, productive relationships across the team and inspiring others to action.

You have an analytical mindset with the ability to process varied data and translate it into influential communications and insights.

You like working with people, not just numbers. You have a positive collaborative energy, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You have an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, with comfort in identifying and forming opportunities in a dynamic industry and working environment.

You have excellent creative judgment accompanied by articulate written and verbal communication with a native fluency in English.

You have a Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience.

Arta's Compensation PhilosophyWe determine your level based on factors including your interview performance, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our offers are based on salary bands that are updated periodically using market benchmarks and consider geographic location as well (for example, higher cost regions like San Francisco or New York). If you are presented with an offer, we will review the base salary, benefits, number of options, notional option value and strike price. We would like to know if you accept our offer within 7 days.

Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.

IC I: $110,000-$180,000IC II: $160,000-$230,000IC III: $180,000-$300,000
