Position Summary:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services.The job duties will include, but are not limited to, planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends, as well as directing and managing the execution of all marketing projects including event planning, website updates, newsletters, advertising and promotional activities, trade shows, and customer events.Essential Functions:Direct and manage event planning for internal and external special events, meetings, trade shows, and seminars.Manage production of event materials.Proofread collateral and event materials.Maintain news and information on company websites.Direct social media marketing execution.Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collaterals and all marketing material supporting and enhancing company and product branding.Manage marketing needs from customers.Handle sales support from marketing including customer visits.Perform other job-related duties with managerial approval.Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.Align strategies with the sales team to create segmented campaigns.Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.Ensure that the brand message is consistent.Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.Education, Training, and Experience:BS degree in marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience.Proven working experience in digital marketing.Demonstrable experience writing creative content and blog posts.Proven experience in creating and implementing Virtual Media.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM implementation and optimization.Highly creative with experience in identifying target segments and devising digital campaigns that engage, educate, inform, and motivate.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.Experience in creating and executing HubSpot campaigns.Experience in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and Drupal CMS.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Enjoys working in team settings and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.Informative and clear communication style.Preferred Experience:Experience with Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical/Hi-tech is preferred but not required.Experience in an FDA or other regulated work environment.Flexible,
