Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will be crucial in executing our marketing strategy, managing our digital assets, and producing pre-sales assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, excellent graphic design skills, LinkedIn social media knowledge, and experience using web builder tools.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Contribute to developing our marketing plan and own the execution of this plan across various channels.Campaign Management: Define, execute, and measure marketing campaigns and tactics, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.Digital Asset Management: Manage our company's digital assets, including our website, LinkedIn social media channel, presentations, documents, and email engagements.Brand Management: Uphold and manage our brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Content Creation: Produce pre-sales assets such as videos, webinars, images, webpages, and documents. This includes graphic design work using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align sales and marketing strategies.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise:Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within a B2B managed services environment.Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing and social media marketing.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.Experience using web builder tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Passion and the ability to achieve results, tackle ambiguity, match a fast pace of delivery with minimal supervision, and prioritize workloads effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management tools like Jira.

Preferred Skills:Experience working in creative production organizations, including broadcasting, sports, studio, news, advertising, marketing, or other related groups.Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, support, services, sales, and marketing.Be flexible in your role, as we are a small but growing company, and roles adapt over time.Creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.Personable, hard-working, and a continuous learner with a thirst for learning new things.
