We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Permanent Attorneys at Law to join our prestigious legal firm. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling complex legal matters and projects while working in a collaborative and rewarding environment. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil or criminal litigation.Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on their legal rights and obligations.Research and analyze legal problems to interpret laws and regulations for individuals and businesses.Gather evidence to formulate defense or initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.Conduct pre-trial discovery, and develop trial strategies.Specialize in insurance defense litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.Manage all phases of the litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.Minimum 2+ years of experience as a trial attorney, civil trial attorney, Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, or Associate Litigation Attorney.Proven background in civil litigation and insurance defense.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Proficient in legal research and writing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships.Interested in hearing more?
