Pay Range:
$45-55/hour

We create fun, meaningful, inclusive and joyful experiences through educational, social, cultural, spiritual, fitness and wellness programs. Join us! Year-round positions available!
The Classes:
The OFJCC is seeking a currently certified Les Mills BODYPUMP group fitness instructor to substitute for an established BODYPUMP class.
The Core Duties:
Deliver safe, fun and motivating BODYPUMP classes
Stay up to date on BODYPUMP releases
Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for a wide range of fitness levels
Provide excellent and courteous customer service to members
Communicate with Group Exercise Manager on member feedback, equipment needs and operational status, scheduling, and subbing

The Essentials:
Current Les Mills Body Pump certification
Prior experience teaching Group Exercise classes
Confident in your professionalism and a passion to motivate others
Current CPR/AED certification
Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principles
Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm
Continue to earn all necessary Continuing Education Credits (CECs or CEUs)
Collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio
Extensive knowledge of classes being taught
Excellent communication skills
