Key Account Manager - Denver or MinneapolisAbout the Key Account Manager Role:
The Soona Key Account Manager drives revenue and upsell with Soona’s existing customers. They are responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role will work closely with other departments to ensure a successful client experience that results in revenue growth and retention. A successful Key Account Manager has an ownership mentality of their accounts and does not wait for the business to come to them. By driving a successful outreach process for themselves, they will be responsible for uncovering and expanding their book of business.Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and upsell with Soona’s existing customers.Create and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Work closely with other departments to ensure a successful client experience that results in revenue growth and retention.Uncover and expand their book of business.Manage their book of business and implement a one-to-one strategy for creating and growing the value of every key account.Support pre-production of key accounts and serve as the account manager for preferred clients.Use data to derive insights, identify areas of opportunity, and execute tests that improve the client experience and grow revenue.Own and report on their pipeline, identify gaps, and determine levers to achieve their quota.Be passionate about making the internet a more beautiful place and help clients maximize their success.Work with new sales on a seamless handoff process after onboarding clients.Solicit, welcome, embrace, and act on both giving and receiving feedback.Achieve success by consistently hitting revenue targets.This role reports to the Senior Manager of Accounts.This is a full-time hybrid position located in Denver or Minneapolis. We believe a hybrid work environment allows our crew to have a balance of productive and innovative workspaces. Occasionally coming into the office allows for collaboration and offers opportunities to bring out your inner creative! This role will come into the office on Tuesdays for collaboration day and a second day that’s up to each team.About Soona:
