Job Description

The Basics

We are excited to be growing our team and we're looking for our next Account Executive within the sales team. The role of the AE is to actively source and close business, which includes phone calls, web demos, and working with channel partners to win business within a defined territory. We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals looking to grow their careers while working as part of a dynamic team. You will produce and qualify leads, book demos, and prep a sale for close by prospecting, researching and qualifying prospective clients. We champion those who bring their best to the team every day and come with their sleeves rolled up.

What You’ll DoRespond to inbound customer inquiries (live chat, email, phone) in your territoryMake outbound calls to targeted end customers and new reseller partnersLead web demos with prospects you sourceManage accounts post-sale to grow account/ensure client and partner satisfactionStrategically work with Regional Sales Manager to grow business and achieve quotaUtilize SalesForce.com to manage leads/accounts, opportunity pipeline, tasks, and log customer activityBuild and maintain relationships with our reseller partnersResponsible for full sales cycleWe’re Looking For Someone WithEDUCATION: BA/BS preferredEXPERIENCE: 2-5 years, SaaS sales experiencePossess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
