The Account Manager 1 position is responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management), including managing aged loans, leading regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed.What we are looking for:

Responsibilities

Manage pipeline of 50-100 active unitsMaintain constant client contact: status of conditions, file movement and turn timesRespond promptly and courteously to client status inquiriesProactively follow up on lock expirations at all loan stagesMeet KPI goals as defined by leadership to include but not limited to: turn time, quality reviews and productivityHandle a moderate call/email volume, prioritizing and accomplishing various tasks at any given timeAnswer product questions and resolve customer service issuesReview documentation, clearing or creating conditions as neededResponsible for all withdraw/cancellation requestsRun daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc.Responsible for moving a seller's pipeline forward towards fundingQualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent3+ years client or customer facing mortgage experienceBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)A thorough ability to recognize and review basic mortgage documentationExcellent communication skillsClient service focusLoan quality and risk managementProduction and performanceAbility to work independently and as a team playerClear and effective communication skillsBi-Lingual is a plusBenefits you’ll love:
