Prior experience as a dealership Sales Manager, REQUIRED.Subaru brand experience PREFERRED, but not required.Ability to train and build a strong, high performing sales staff.Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales.Be part of a growing successful team.We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package and all the tools you will need to be successful.The estimated annual earning range for this position is $121,200.00 to $219,600.00, which includes commissions on Department Net, and bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
