Our Detroit team is looking for a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager, who will be instrumental in daily operations. The right teammate needs to be passionate, client-centric and possess the desire to grow with our team!

What You'll Do

Coordinate Account Managers' schedules according to current workloads, providing guidance and oversight to other Account Managers.Process submissions for new business. Work with sales producer, agent, and underwriter for timely completion of applications and necessary documents.Process renewals and endorsements. Work with sales producer, agent, and underwriter to confirm timely completion and accuracy of Renewal Questionnaire and other necessary documents. Proactively manage renewal timeline and activities in PL department.Issue quotes and proposals on a timely basis, reviewing for accuracy.Process cancellation requests in adherence to agency procedures.Process invoices with timeliness and accuracy.Process claims from brokers and direct clients.Support the PL account managers as first contact for teammate service questions and customer issues.Assist Operations Leader with operational projects such as book rolls or other operational initiatives.Support implementation/execution of PL training- workflow and product knowledge in collaboration with Operations Leader and PL Team Leader.Support the new business process for the department.Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, efficient use of time.Strong interpersonal skills, maintains confidentiality, open to others' ideas and willing to try new things.Demonstrates good written communication, edits work for spelling and grammar, able to read and interpret written information.Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitoring own work to ensure quality.What You'll Need:

Property & Casualty License3-5 years’ experience in Personal LinesHigh School diploma supplemented by college-level business course work.Proficient with MS Office SuitePursue a course of personal and professional development.Preferred

Associate or bachelor’s degreeInsurance designation such as CISR, CPRIA, CICWhat We Offer
