DescriptionTwin City Die Castings Company was founded in 1919 as one of the original die-casting companies in the United States. Through the years we have grown to be one of the premier custom die casters in the industry, offering complete cast and machine capability. We have plants located in Minneapolis and Monticello, Minnesota, and Watertown, South Dakota, serving the needs of many customers.ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of assigned accounts, and keep the customer informed of the status of all TCDC activities affecting their account.Coordinate customer visits, organize, and participate in regular business reviews with customers and TCDC management.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts and communicate account status to Senior Leadership. Assist with high-severity requests or issues and escalate them as needed or required.Support and/or aid in negotiations for contracts and agreements with customers.Quote new part numbers and lead discussions regarding projects, quotes, and pricing.Review product performance while in production for process improvements, cost reduction, and pricing to meet gross margin expectations.Negotiate price changes with customers, as required and/or needed.Conduct monthly, annual, and 5-year forecasting of customer products from SOP to end of life.Coordinate and facilitate completion of customer surveys, self-audits, questionnaires, custom forms, etc. as needed or required.Frequent travel to the customer’s location to maintain a positive relationship.Responsible for knowing and following all environmental, health and safety rules, policies, and procedures for the work area and ensuring that personal work activity is conducted in such a way as to not affect the safety of themselves or others.EducationBS/BA preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.5 years experience in sales/customer service/project management.Sales/Account Management experience including development of quotations and proposals desired.Working experience and knowledge of the APQP process per the TS16949 automotive standard is a plus!TCDC offers a competitive wage and benefits package.
