The Creative Design Manager-Brand and Visual will be responsible for effectively translating ideas into design executions. You will support the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns and collateral programs, from concept to execution, across media. Projects will fall across a range of digital, social, presentation and print communication activities. The ideal candidate will be motivated to produce high quality work under tight deadlines, share ideas in team meetings, have strong time management and organization skills, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. This individual will report to the Associate Director- Brand and Visual, Strategic Operations and is located in Cambridge, MA (remote).

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design and produce creative content for print & digital marketing channels, including brochures, advertisements, emails, digital campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, social media visuals, website graphics and exhibit booth panels and events.

Manage and provide all aspects of creative, design and production support of visual communications from concept to completion across the commercial business.

Collaborate across commercial and with other internal stakeholders to guide/design materials.

Stay current with market trends and apply a keen understanding of visual audience engagement.

Maintain and evolve, as necessary, visual standards for design and content across all company outlets, and provide guidance for colleagues executing against them.

Maintain brand aesthetic and standards across all Sarepta channels globally.

Organize and manage all design assets; provide access to partners/vendors as needed.

Contribute creative ideas to engage stakeholders (employees, community, partners, others).

Education and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of design experience in an agency or in-house studio (life sciences or pharma preferred).

Full and technical understanding of Adobe CS, and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Acrobat.

Experience creating campaigns and extending the look and feel through various materials and channels.

Ability to simplify complex ideas into concise, clear visuals and language.

Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborator and team-player.

Able to build trust, even when communicating a dissenting point of view.

Familiarity and experience with production and printing processes.

Understanding of and experience in branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.

Strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of design, layout and typography.

Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results.

Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales.

Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, attention to detail and high sense of urgency.

Flexible and comfort with ambiguity.

Ability to effectively prioritize workload, be proactive, anticipate needs and gaps, and pivot between demands and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment.

This position is remote. However, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
