to join our team! This position manages performance of digital products and develops the overall product roadmap and strategy. Leads the Digital Product Team while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment with organizational strategies, objectives, member, and employee experiences. Ensures products align with credit union strategies and evaluates product performance to enable sustainable growth and optimize economic returns while identifying opportunities and risks.Visa sponsorship not available.Contact us at 800.258.3115 with any questions or request for accommodation.Responsibilities:Develops and executes digital product strategies including making enhancements and developing new products that are member centered and support growth goals.Drives the implementation of the credit union’s new digital product and services in collaboration and partnership with the senior management team. Ensures the product roadmap supports the credit union’s strategic business plan. Continually iterate to ensure member needs are met and that the credit union’s products remain competitive.Partners with department leadership to help lead digital product strategy for the credit union, including making enhancements and developing new digital products that are human centered and support growth goals.Participates in the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept ideation and post launch performance optimization.Presents product recommendations for approval including product justification, product requirements, features, pricing, and financial forecasting analysis for successful delivery and ongoing feature/functionality enhancements.Manages coordination of new product launch in collaboration with pertinent departments. Reviews and provides input on marketing plans, training content, and related product policies and procedures before “go live.”Utilizes data, analytics, market research, product performance data, competitor information, and member and employee feedback to ensure the right feature set and to identify new business opportunities and products while assessing risk.Creates and presents in-depth documentation that analyzes current and future digital products, to align with member needs.Serves as an advocate for the member digital experience by seeking current and prospective member feedback and competitive insights.Establishes dashboard KPIs of monthly member behaviors relating to product success metrics, report trends, important insights, potential issues, and identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements to leadership on a regular basis.Tracks budget impact, including cost structure, product financials, revenue impact and product profitability.Manages the Digital Product team consisting of the Product Owners and Product Analysts to continually evaluate the effectiveness of products, programs, and overall product performance.Consults on organizational digital projects and provides product support that meets the needs of the credit union and business partners/relationships.Assists organizationally with complex transactions and escalated member service issues. Resolves or makes decisions related to the service and operational functions of the department as authorized by their manager and credit union procedures.Develops and maintains current understanding of tech trends. Assesses how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunities for innovation of digital products.Monitors and evaluates compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies that may affect products, services, or fees. Ensures department operations follow all security, audit, regulatory compliance, information security, customer privacy, and Bank Secrecy Act/Customer Identification Program policies and procedures.Innovates and manages future planning staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory changes that impact financial products. Identifies opportunities for product innovation and proposes new product initiatives to drive growth. Collaborates with product development teams to conceptualize and prototype new product ideas to present to senior leaders.Represents credit union in contacts with business and trade associations, members, and regulatory agencies. Attends industry conferences and promote the credit union’s image.All other duties as performed.Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field of study.5+ years' experience in product management and development required.Education and Experience Preferred:MBA with a Business Management focus, or related field of study.Financial Industry service preferred.Demonstrated portfolio of previous product introductions is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Human Centered Design principles.Ability to analyze assigned product line and industry trends to optimize products to drive performance, penetration, and pricing.Demonstrate experience in partnership management with the ability to influence and work closely with all levels of individuals across the organization.Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively and efficiently, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.BenefitsThis position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is paid at a 100% by company for the employee coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Day Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
