We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team to grow opportunities through a multi-faceted marketing approach with a focus on driving results.

Job Responsibilities Include

Content Marketing:

Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies for a diverse range of products.Create engaging and high-quality content, including articles, whitepapers, and multimedia assets.Leverage various distribution channels, including social media, email, and the company website, to maximize content reach.Work closely with design and operations teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content.Seek opportunities for thought leadership for Execs in the company, content contribution and event attendance.Lead Generation And Nurturing

Identify and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for each product, and develop lead generation programs for each, ensuring precise and effective outreach.Optimize landing pages, emails, and other outreach collateral to enhance lead capture efficiency.Continuously explore new lead generation opportunities and techniques to expand reach and impact.Nurture leads through effective communication strategies, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales.Sales Enablement

Collaborate with product teams to understand unique selling points, target audience, and key messaging for each product.Create sales collateral, including product sheets, sales scripts, case studies, and other resources as needed to support the sales team.Analyze sales process to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted enablement initiatives.Partner Marketing

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) for the company. Target potential partners aligning with the company's strategic goals and objectives.Initiate lead outreach and lead generation efforts to secure new partner opportunities.Assess and optimize existing partner programs to ensure and enhance marketing effectiveness.Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.What does BridgeTower Media offer?

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create content that resonates with diverse target audiences.Familiarity with various content distribution channels, including social media, email, and website content management systems.Demonstrated success in lead generation and nurturing programs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics to drive informed decisions.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
