Data Scientist
with digital analytics experience as an addition to their dynamic team. This role will be tasked with leveraging data from a new, national loyalty program to track metrics, enhance the program, and gain and utilize insights to enhance company revenue.What you will be doing:
Design and implement proprietary explanatory and predictive modelsDefine models’ quality and performance metrics and implement their monitoring systemsPerform regression analysisInterface with corporate teams to enhance data collection, identify key trends, and track requirementsDevelop and execute model deployment process and live servicingHelp develop and implement comprehensive digital analytics strategyManage the company’s digital analytics tools and ensure tracking and data collectionDesign and implement A/B and multivariate testingWhat you bring to the table:
Advanced degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields) preferredIn-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, EDA, modeling, and machine learning techniquesProven experience in models life-cycle management, including deployment, integration, and live monitoringFamiliarity with social data APIs and publicly available data a plusAbility to quickly pick up new data languages, emerging tools, and technologiesProficiency in PowerBi, SQL, MySQL is required, and related programming languages are a plusExperience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis in both batch and streaming settingsProficient with data visualization and translating complex problems into actionable insightsAbility to maintain high confidentiality of personally identifiable informationThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the officeSponsorship is not available at this time
