As we embark on our journey to reach the next million customers, we are seeking an experienced

Marketing Program Manager

to scale our marketing campaign programs in partnership with our marketing strategists.

We are currently looking for an experienced

Marketing Program Manager

to develop and manage the process for various marketing programs. This includes but is not limited to coordination between the Brand, Product Marketing, Creative, Growth Marketing, Social, Network Marketing, PR/Communications, and Legal teams. This person will be responsible for scoping and structuring project plans, building highly-collaborative campaign processes, managing timelines, and maintaining stakeholder alignment. This person will also be expected to ensure the program operates in a ‘best in class’ fashion by recommending program and process improvements.

ResponsibilitiesOwn key campaign development and production processes to drive campaigns through to completion, working closely with Marketing strategists, cross-functional teams, Brand creatives, and agency partners.Develop project plans, work-back schedules, and stakeholder engagement opportunities across consumer marketing and brand campaigns.Optimize planning frameworks and campaign development processes for efficiency, impact, and scalability.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the objectives.Socialize and ensure adoption of Standard Operating Procedures to the broader Marketing organization.Improve our development and execution processes (creative development, approvals, QA, etc.).Maintain and monitor program updates to teams and identify risks and dependencies before they become issues.Measure and report out on creative capacity planning, operational SLA improvements and resource allocation red flags.Develop streamlined and effective documentation for strategic briefs and continually iterate and improve on our existing template library.Develop an overall plan for flawless execution of Marketing programs.Prepare the Marketing organization for high volume seasonal moments throughout the year.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience (7+ years) in program management, including significant exposure to highly cross functional work.Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.Proficient with project management platforms like Asana, JIRA or similar.Understanding of marketing channels and digital formats (email, social, web) preferred.High level of independence with a growth-oriented execution mindset.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that provide clarity and remove ambiguity.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for collectibles and an understanding of the PSA and PCGS authentication and grading process is a plus.Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $119,340-$140,400. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
