Data Scientist

Major Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to automate data retrieval and transformation.Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques, including supervised learning (e.g., regression and classification) and unsupervised learning (e.g., clustering and dimensionality reduction), to extract valuable insights from large datasets.Use these approaches to solve complex business challenges and enhance decision-making processes.Create informative and visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes and improvements in our products or services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to identify and prioritize data-related projects.Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical team members and executives.Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.Continuously refine and improve models to adapt to changing business needs.Implement and advocate for ethical AI practices, addressing issues like bias, fairness, and responsible content generation.Professional Experience / Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.4 or more years of experience in a Data Science role with a strong background in data analytics, metrics, and modeling, including supervised learning (e.g., regression, classification) and unsupervised learning (e.g., clustering, dimensionality reduction).Data infrastructure experience is a plus.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.A natural curiosity to explore and understand complex datasets, uncover patterns, and derive meaningful insights.A strong desire to continuously learn and apply new skills in the rapidly evolving field of data science and AI.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3 and their applications in natural language understanding and generation.Experience in fine-tuning and utilizing OpenAI's LLMs, including GPT-3, for text-related tasks, including chatbots, text generation, or language translation.Familiarity with the ethical considerations and challenges associated with the use of OpenAI's technologies in AI applications.Demonstrated ability to leverage OpenAI's LLMs to enhance the quality and efficiency of natural language processing (NLP) tasks within the organization.Published research or projects that showcase expertise in working with OpenAI's technologies or similar AI advancements.A background in manufacturing use cases, with experience in applying data science and AI techniques to optimize manufacturing processes, quality control, supply chain management, and predictive maintenance.Travel:
