Intake Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Intake Attorney to join their team. The Intake Attorney will assess potential clients’ cases, suggest legal strategies, and manage intake processes. This role involves overseeing intake paralegals and virtual assistants and ensuring effective communication between the legal and sales teams.Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor the firm's case management software for live cases to vet.Review intake sheets and documents from potential clients.Identify potential immigration relief options for clients.Suggest legal strategies and propose services for potential clients.Speak with existing clients regarding potential services outside of their current contract.Answer legal questions and explain legal processes to potential and existing clients.Communicate with and provide feedback to the sales team regarding client interactions.Oversee and manage the work of intake paralegals and virtual assistants.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in Immigration Law.Proven ability to manage a caseload and move legal cases forward.Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, EOIR matters, Detained cases, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.Proficiency in Case Management Software preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the state of Texas.Skills:Expertise in Immigration Law and case management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to strategize and work collaboratively with fellow associates.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits Offered:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Competitive compensation package including a 401(k) plan.Perks include catered lunches, complimentary parking, paid time off, and more.Company infoBCG Attorney Search10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100HoustonTexasUnited States 77042Phone :
