This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to further develop their career in a fast-paced and challenging environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle a wide range of complex commercial litigation cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to legal standards.Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare for trial.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations, advocating for their best interests and achieving favorable outcomes.Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate law matters, including business transactions, contract negotiations, and compliance issues.Assist in the development and implementation of litigation strategies, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s).Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial litigation and corporate law.Strong knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive laws relevant to commercial litigation.Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex cases.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.Proficiency in using legal research databases and technology tools.If you are a highly motivated attorney with a passion for litigation and a strong background in commercial and corporate law, we invite you to join our team.
