#LI-LL1]FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDINGPRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as primary customer contact and manages overall company customer interface relationships for defined scope(s) of work to assure responsiveness to customer needs and effective professional conductOversees maintenance, sustainment, and training support for scenario course development at CIWT Pensacola, NIWTG San Diego, and NIWTG NorfolkPlans, manages, and establishes a Configuration Management (CM) process for scenarios employed in CIWT, Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC), and NIWTG coursesProvides technical guidance to project teamCollaborates weekly/monthly with representatives across multiple time zones to review current tasks, planned tasks, prioritization of tasks, and roadblocksProvides real-time monitoring of status/deliverables, tracking the quality of work products and gauging overall customer satisfaction
