The pay range is $93,800.00 - $168,800.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:4-year degree in quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent experience3+ years of professional experience or equivalent industry experienceExperience with statistical tools of A/B testingStrong hands-on programming skills in PythonKnowledge of SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or ScalaGood working knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, algorithms, and computational complexityExcellent analytical thinking skillsStrong problem-solving skills: develop creative and innovative solutions to help solve real-world business problems using data sciences approachesAble to create documents and narratives suggesting actionable insightsExcellent communication skills - able to clearly tell data-driven stories through appropriate visualizations, graphs, and narrativesSelf-driven and results-oriented; able to meet tight timelinesStrong team player with ability to collaborate effectively across geographiesPreferred:PhD or MS in a quantitative fieldExperience with implementing A/B testing at scaleDemonstrated experience building enterprise productsThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
