Your primary responsibility will be to translate our creative vision and brand values into captivating visual experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful and engaging design solutions that enhance consumer engagement within The North Face brand's experience.How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:Campaign Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives, aligned with the brand's positioning and goals.Brand Identity Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative leaders to support and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.Brand Guidelines: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand creative executions, ensuring all design work adheres to the established guidelines and standards.Visual Design: Create visually compelling and innovative designs for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media content, website assets, email marketing, and more, reflecting the essence of the brand and its outdoor values and purpose.Photography & Image Editing: Assist with the editing of photography and conduct image retouching to ensure a consistent visual style and enhance product presentation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, digital, product design/development, and project management teams to understand their objectives and deliver designs that align with and support our creative vision.Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, outdoor industry developments, and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.Skills for Success

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.Strong presentation skills to sell in ideas and vision.Deep understanding of branding principles and experience in developing brand identities and seasonal campaign work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Figma, etc.).Knowledge of photographic basics, composition, editing and image retouching, color grading.Knowledge of graphic design applied to video / film creative.Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently / effectively in a team environment.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take creative risks to push boundaries.Ability to adapt to feedback and drive actionable changes.Passion for outdoor sports & activities and an understanding of the outdoor industry is preferred.Pay Range:

$70,416.00 USD - $105,624.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
