Lead and guide visual design efforts across digital products, ensuring consistency, delight, and inspiration.Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders through superb communication and storytelling skills, defending design decisions both verbally and visually.Actively contribute to the design and growth of the Intuitive UX Design System, employing typography, color, iconography, and motion to create world-class interfaces.Enhance our product designs by incorporating clinical knowledge and context, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders for feedback and consensus.Deliver compelling, creative UX design deliverables and detailed specifications, prioritizing work in line with project timelines and cross-functional team needs.Job Requirements
Looking for about 5 to 7 years of experience heavily focused in Visual Designing.Knowledge of design process, creating designs, high fidelity mockups, and working with engineering.Refine the UI/UX design, working knowledge of design systems, create final production design which is handed over to engineering and finally goes to QC for checks.Add specifics to the mockups, Clean and Simple Aesthetic Designs, how to use colors, and make them really appealing.Clean, simple, nice design, Samples of Figma files, Behavioral perspective.About Akraya:
