Leads the analysis, development and execution of the Regional Marketing Program (RMP) and Regional Digital Operations to maximize vehicle sales and profitability objectives within assigned region. Reviews and monitors agency advertising plans to drive dealer sales and enhance brand value under constantly changing conditions. Regional lead in coordination of all lead management activities, including dealer selection for Digital Health Assessments and oversight of digital sales performance. Continually evaluates sales, profiled customer demand, margins and inventory levels to effectively direct media and promotional resources to prioritized markets.Job Functions

The statements reflect expectations of the fully trained, proficient incumbent who meets all performance criteria.Oversees the development and maintenance of media plans with outside advertising agencies to drive vehicle sales volume in dealerships. Discusses adjustments to marketing communications programs in consideration of constantly changing inventory mix and volume, car-flow, customer preferences, economic conditions, weather, manufacturing constraints, media costs, national initiatives, etc. Balances interests of dealerships while achieving maximum regional sales and profitability. Influences and ensures that the use and design of promotions and messaging campaigns are in alignment with national brand standards.Collaborates with CMM/MA regional function to incorporate new regional insights of customer profiles and competitor information into the region's media and messaging campaigns. Ensures that regional marketing communications programs compliment national programs to address regionally unique issues. Utilizes C&I model incentives in ways that best maintain and enhance brand value. Works closely with Aftersales on promotions and incentives as appropriate.Works with agencies and other resources to communicate incentives and program requirements accurately and effectively. Develops print and internet communications to resolve administrative questions regarding eligibility and compliance with program rules and regulations. Ensures DOMs and FOMs understand opportunities and utilize programs to drive wholesale and retail sales accordingly.Oversees the execution of the media campaigns and works with Regional Vehicle Ops Manager to evaluate sales impact.Confirms actualization of advertising as defined by media agencies. Ensures media complies with the standards and expectations established. Approves expenditures. Resolves performance issues with agencies regarding their execution. Ensures recapture of dollars from unexecuted advertising. Evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns and incorporates findings into future initiatives.Digital Operations:Work with National team to identify opportunities for Dealer Digital Health Assessments.Meet quarterly with national and consulting teams to align regional strategy with national consulting goals and review performance results.Develop communication plan with Program Manager for low performing NABR dealers (Level 2 / E-NC).Partner with DMC team to determine dealer consulting segmentation.Work with Program Manager to develop and execute NABR enrollment initiatives.Attend Digital Operations training sessions and bi-annual DMC field training.Coordination with National team on educational opportunities for Region / Dealer personnel (Regional summits, etc.)Develops and manages assigned regional analyst and/or contract staff. Interviews and assesses employees. Builds required skills and competencies of staff for current and potential rotational assignments through challenging work assignment and formal training opportunities. Review and evaluate work and coach employees to improve performance. Document progress and communicate in honest, fair and effective manner.Minimum Qualifications And Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree.Experience

A total of 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience including: At least one successful rotation in a field support position, such as Dealer Operations Manager, Fixed Operations Manager or Financial Services Manager role. Prior work may be a combination within a dealership, region, headquarters, or manufacturing facility and may be at the Specialist, Analyst or Regional Manager level or similar type of position. Previous experience supervising others and previous experience in a sales capacity is desirable.Job Knowledge and Skills

In-depth understanding of lead management and other digital operations consulting techniques within a regional or corporate environment is required. Ability to develop and implement advertising and marketing plans for model line or region is also required. Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products. Additional knowledge of sales-related result-driven systems. Ability to prioritize own schedules and organize workload effectively with minimal daily supervision. Ability to function effectively and remain productive in a virtual office environment. Ability to focus on the best interests of the dealership and Nissan. Can remain objective in the course of building relationships. Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Attentive to others opinions and perspectives. Ability to influence the actions of others by building credibility through dealership knowledge, effective recommendations, clear communications, honesty, and demonstrated follow-up on promises.
