This is an exciting opportunity to join our Public Sector team in working with our current State and Local Government, and Higher Education customers and the ServiceNow team to help drive new business with their SLED solutions . If you are driven, have deep connections in the business community and the desire to expand in a new territory – then this job is for you!We will consider candidates within the Western US region, including the Pacific Northwest regions (California, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Washington, New Mexico, e.g)What You Will Be DoingEstablish, develop and grow new business relationships with influential contacts within Key Accounts.Identify, partner and develop account plans for ServiceNow solution for target territory, actively developing strategies that result in providing the best to our customers.Responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations and professional development.Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.Create a business plan outlining how you will manage sales and develop business within the region, including designing innovative marketing events.Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.Communicate with Sales Operations of any and all issues related to billing, etc.Understand the product and solutions, including attending classes and seminars related to industry, services, and products.What You Bring AlongMinimum 4 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions for a premier or elite ServiceNow partnersExperience selling SLED Solutions to State and Local Government, and Higher Education customersExisting field level relationship in the ServiceNow ecosystemSuccessful experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients in the ServiceNow ecosystemDemonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationshipsExperience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quotaExceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholdersEducation:BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experienceIndustry certifications highly desiredWe Take Care of Our PeopleNewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The amount offered will depend on additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. In addition, the successful candidate will be offered a performance-based incentive plan, health insurance, 401k contributions, a flexible (unlimited) paid time off policy, and 10 paid holidays per year.
