Investment Team attorney
to their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in either finance or corporate transactions, including representing lenders with lending transactions, alternative investment vehicles with their debt and equity investments, and private equity fund investors with their control and growth equity investments. Candidate will be based in the firm's Charlotte office. Firm has a collegial and collaborative environment, hybrid work schedule, and is among Vault's Best Law Firms in the South Atlantic.
