If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title : Senior CounselWhat does a great Sr. Counsel do at Fiserv?As a Sr. Counsel within Fiserv, you would draft and negotiate agreements with clients and partners; provide counsel to sales, account management, product, and technology leaders on legal and business matters; and collaborate closely with company specialists regarding intellectual property, technology, compliance, and privacy matters.In this role, you could look forward to:Being a part of a collaborative legal teamWorking directly with business unit representatives to draft and negotiate client, partner, and other commercial contracts for merchant-facing businessesAdvising the business on legal, contractual, and risk matters impacting their areas of responsibilityInteracting with corporate specialists regarding finance, audit, tax, technology, marketing, IP, privacy, and regulatory mattersDeveloping and maintaining forms of contracts and other legal documentationWhat you need to have:JD from accredited law schoolLicensed to practice, or ability to become licensed to practice, and in good standing with no disciplinary record, in appropriate jurisdiction.5+ years of experience practicing law, preferably, negotiating, drafting, and redlining contracts.What we would like for you to have:Credit card, payments, or banking industry experience.Experience interacting with senior business leaders, either as in-house or outside counselExposure to financial services and technology contractsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
