As you help build Nextworld®’s success, you’ll share in those achievements with a competitive compensation program and a robust benefits package.What You'll DoChallenge yourself by entering the world of native Cloud ERP and no-code platform solutions and selling the essential value of Nextworld®'s robust solutions to key clients throughout your assigned region. You will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts and hunting for new accounts across your defined territory. More specifically, you will focus activities to drive the sale of our Nextworld® solutions throughout new and existing accounts.ResponsibilitiesIndependent in building a solid pipeline, managing escalations, identifying new business opportunities, delivering financial proposals for complex solutions, and negotiating and closing deals.Expand new business opportunities in existing and new customer accounts within the assigned territory to ensure meeting and/or exceeding assigned quarterly/annual quota objectives.Create new and leverage existing C-level relationships to effectively communicate Nextworld®'s unique value proposition.Penetrate major accounts with the complete Nextworld® portfolio leading to achieving and/or exceeding assigned revenue targets.Develop and implement territory-wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota in assigned territory.Maximize customer-facing activities with the ability to listen, understand and communicate complex strategic solutions.Quarterback a talented and effective sales support team throughout the sales process.Establish lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications7-10+ years of successful track record selling complex software solutions.Proven track record of sales success.Knowledge of native Cloud ERP/No-Code software market.Skill and ability to analyze customers’ workflow and assess challenges.Proven ability to leverage existing C-level relationships.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (25% annual average).Must possess a high level of energy and a positive attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degreeDemonstrated experience selling software in relevant industries.Benefits Of This RoleParticipation in Nextworld’s Unlimited Personal Time Off (UPTO) programEligible for discretionary employee equity program401K with employer matchHealth Savings AccountLife InsuranceProfessional Development ReimbursementEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Nextworld is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.Nextworld participates in the E-Verify program.
