You will be a part of a talented team that strives to support, identify growth opportunities and improve processes across the Global sales and Marketing function.What will you be doing?You will support day-to-day activities including assisting with key reporting, key seasonal activities such as annual sales target planning and setting, Go-to-market projects and maintaining CRM and sales database. You will also play a key part in evolving sales KPI’s and data visualisation, supporting the Business intelligence analyst with dashboard and report creation. The role also will have a high level of opportunities to be involved in other projects, exposure to senior leaders across the commercial areas and to develop commercial sales operations exposure and skill set. You will play a critical role in delivering world-class GTM reporting to all users of sales and GTM functions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance and or similar discipline3 year + plus experience in a fast-paced data-driven environment, with proven track record of successIndustry experience in sales, sales operations, management consultingRelevant experience working and transforming with high volumes of data and data transformationHighly analytical ability, can leverage raw unorganised data into actionable insightsKnowledge of CRM and business intelligence tools, exposure to CRM and BI tools would be an advantageAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often changing environmentAttention to detailThe individual will be an excellent communicator, be curious as well as an avid problem solverCommunication skills to detail complex information in an easy-to-understand formatWork/Life BalanceOur team puts a high value on work-life balance.
