The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our outsourced sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, we want a forward-thinking educator that can adopt and implement new training tools to train a global team at scale.What you’ll do:

Conduct with precision, training sessions for new and existing sales team members on Snap Ads product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.Coordinate with multiple internal groups to leverage expertise in design and delivery of content.Maintain a curation mindset to distill a high volume of information down to the most relevant and impactful learning points, provided in a way that resonates with the Sales team.Leverage Learning Management Systems to effectively deploy, manage and measure sales training.Own the design, content and creation of the Snap Sales Onboarding Program and continuous improvement efforts.Develop end to end eLearning solutions to ramp new sales team members into their roles effectively.Incept and prioritize new training strategies initiatives.Develop engaging training materials, manuals, and presentations to support the training programs.Utilize deep stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales managers and QA program leads to identify areas for improvement and customize training programs accordingly.Assess the performance of sales representatives and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.Share industry trends, market dynamics, and product updates to enhance training content.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Master Facilitation skills.Experience developing learning modules and creating interactive eLearning courses without additional support from start to finish.Understanding of authoring tools and/or video/audio production tools, which yield interaction and response data through SCORM (or an approximate language).Knowledge of tech, media or digital advertising industry.Experience creating Enablement materials for a professional environment (e.g., job-aids, quick-start guides, demos, worksheets, blogs, podcasts, articles, workflows, decision trees, proficiency trackers, etc.).Synthesizing skills that help in adapting information from a variety of sources, without requiring past knowledge or background on the topic.Experience in designing and delivering classroom (ILT) and webinar (vILT) courses.Strong project management experience, with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor.Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in the digital ads industry.Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and digital ads product knowledge.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in using training tools and technology.Excitement for Snapchat and Snapchat ad products.Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.Preferred Requirements:

Excellent writing, editing, oral and interpersonal communication skills.Deep subject matter expertise with digital media and programmatic advertising.Demonstrated understanding of sales and support roles, and a commitment to strengthening the sales process with knowledge, creativity and empathy.A track record of developing impact-focused, metrics-driven approaches to evaluate programs.Strong organization skills that help you manage priorities, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and work under tight deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams.Instinct to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.An operational mindset towards executing against objectives, both tactically and strategically.Adaptive and rapid learner with a hunger for new information and the drive to put it in action.Good blend of technical and creative dexterity.At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
