Essential Job Functions:

Position the value of L&W software Sass (MarTech / FinTech) & Hardware & “systems”.Customer engagement to include 50% travel for rapport building, prospecting, customer awareness/education, and deal pitching.Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how L&W can improve/grow their business.Identify and prospect into good fit accounts that may or may not have L&W knowledge or experience.Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth.Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level.Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell L&W products and services on location, at trade associate meetings, and from the office.Qualifications

Required Experience:

2 years full cycle Sales experience.Experienced SaaS (MarTech / FinTech) & hardware sale with a consistent track record of over performance.Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, confident & skilled in preparing and delivering presentations.A strong commitment to development and growth as a sales professional, with a high aptitude for shaping influence.Proven understanding of sales methodologies and experience managing a forecast.Demonstrated commitment to thoughtful and value-added prospecting, upselling & deal packaging with counterpart business lines.Experience leading a sales cycle from prospecting to close, including presenting to C-Level Executives.Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Ability to work in a dynamic sales environment.Ability to demonstrate value for a technical product.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, sales proposals, and presentation materials.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, managers, customers, or the general public.Customer-orientation, influence/ability to gain favor.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Slack, social media.Ability to travel.Physical Requirements:

Heavy phone use. Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise on casino floors.Work Conditions:

The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.Casino Environment. Exposure to noise and cigarette smoke.May require weekend and evening hours.
