The Account Leadership team sits at the center of it all, and our Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role in setting the tone and trajectory for everything we do.Cactus is looking for an Indianapolis-based Account Supervisor with retail and/or gaming experience preferred. The Account Supervisor works closely with both the client and the agency team members to develop integrated campaigns that achieve the client’s desired business objectives. The AS has a deep understanding of its clients’ brand, business, industry and competition and manages the overall strategic direction and agency relationship with the account. The AS also has an expert understanding of the agency’s capabilities and successfully matches and sells the agency’s services to best accomplish the clients’ objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESClient Collaboration and Relationship Management:

Serve as the key day-to-day contact with mid- to senior-level clients and agency partners.Possess an in-depth understanding of clients’ brand, business, industry, and competition, becoming a valued, knowledgeable, trusted resource and confidant to clients.Effectively sell creative, strategy, thinking, and new projects to clients.Provide proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented support to clients.Maintain timely and thorough communication with clients for approvals, feedback, and revisions.Develop and maintain growth-oriented partnerships with clients.

Strategic Growth and Operational Excellence:

Champion the agency's commitment to growing brands that help people thrive.Lead large cross-functional teams, inspiring and motivating them to deliver best-in-category campaigns.Have extensive experience in developing truly integrated campaigns (broadcast, social, digital, POS, print, etc.).Demonstrate a deep understanding of the broadcast television and radio production process, being able to articulate it intelligently to clients, internal teams, and vendors.Keep constant communication with the Account Director about campaign/project status.Demonstrate an understanding of the agency’s capabilities, services, resources, and processes.Collaborate seamlessly with strategy, communications, and creative teams to devise strategic and innovative solutions.Spearhead competitive tracking initiatives, delivering valuable insights for both the agency and clients.Efficiently lead internal and external collaborative sessions, ensuring focus on topics and achievement of objectives.

Thought Leadership:

Actively participate in thought leadership, generating content within related practice areas.

Financial Management:

Work collaboratively with clients to effectively manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.Obtain client authorization for all services and expenditures before initiating work.Monitor project status for change orders, scope creep, etc., and take appropriate action.Communicate regularly with the finance department to maintain accurate financial projections, billing, and budget information.Actively participate in the billing process to keep projects on budget and meticulously tracked.

Team Leadership and Development:

Build and maintain a professional and productive relationship with internal teams.Directly supervise junior-level staff.Dedicate appropriate time and effort to training, mentoring, and developing junior staff.

REQUIREMENTS6-8 years of relevant agency experience managing marketing projects and budgetsLottery, gaming and/or retail experience preferredBroadcast TV and Radio production experienceBA/BS degree in relevant field of studyThrives in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentProven team leader, motivator, innovator and problem solverDESIRED QUALITIESPersuasive presentation and communication skillsSelf-motivated, quick, and assertiveAble to stay cool, calm, collected and collaborative in any situation
