We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants.We are seeking an Account Executive with a focus on LED lighting retrofits and an established track record creating business opportunities through selling into Healthcare organizations. This role is laser focused on developing business with new customer accounts across a national footprint. Our competitive variable compensation plan is uncapped, which reflects the priority of new account growth for our division.Account Executive Responsibilities:Utilize existing contacts you have built in this space, to add business growth opportunitiesProspect and build relationships with new accounts, leveraging your network and communication skills to gain access to decision-makers in HealthcareCultivate opportunities, forecast accurately, and meet revenue and margin-based sales targetsManage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including initiating dialogue, qualifying, understanding needs, tailoring solutions, and executing mutual close plans within LED lighting initiativesTake the lead role in engaging prospects in order to thoroughly understand their business drivers and buying criteriaCommunicate discovered requirements to internal stakeholders and coordinate team efforts to develop and propose solutions that meet client objectivesMap out the decision-making process and power base for each target accountBuild and maintain a robust pipeline, updating and leveraging the CRM to operate efficientlyQualifications:Five (5) years of LED sales experience selling to large enterprises in National/Named AccountsUtilize your contacts and experience in selling to senior leadershipTrack record of exceeding sales goals of $3M+ and closing deals with average size $100,000+Expert level competence in consultative or discovery-based solution sellingAbility and Confidence in communications with executivesExperience selling energy efficiency, energy-related services, or other large-scale capital projects preferredBachelor degree is preferred but not a requirementBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insurance401KFlex time off12 paid holidaysTuition reimbursementOpportunities to drive our DE&I efforts by joining our affinity groups, Veterans and Allies Leadership Organization or Women Inspiring & Strengthening EveryoneOpportunities to give back to our local communities through organized events or fundraisersSitelogIQ is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
