Account Manager
Team MarketingThe Account Manager at Eight Digit Media is a key player in sustaining and enriching client relationships. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency in digital marketing and strong interpersonal skills. You will oversee account management, collaborate with the Senior Media Buyer, and ensure client satisfaction in ad campaign performance and overall service quality.What You’ll Do:Ensure the accuracy of event requests in line with client plans.Proficient in Facebook ads; capable of analyzing campaigns for improvements.Work with Senior Media Buyers for consistent communication regarding ad performance.Proactively manage potential issues or opportunities to improve client retention and services.Skilled in relationship management and conflict resolution.Handle spreadsheets with attention to detail and delegate tasks effectively.Bring 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, with potential outsourcing of technical tasks.Use CRM tools to manage customer activities and track pertinent information.Assist in client onboarding and provide regular updates to lead lists.Construct and manage custom dashboards and sales reports.Demonstrate superb communication skills, maintaining a high level of detail orientation.Display adaptability and efficiency in various workflows.Requirements:2+ years of marketing experienceExperience with working in a digital marketing agency is requiredIntermediate understanding of digital advertising, particularly Facebook (Meta) ads is requiredStrong analytical skills and comfort with numbers and dataGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).You aren’t afraid to fail and speak up (Some of our biggest breakthroughs come from our mistakes)Who You Will Work With:You will work directly with our Demand Generation Manager and Senior Media Buyers.Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA/FSA2 Weeks PTO + Paid Holidays401(k) Plan with Company MatchFlexible work schedule100% Remote in the USACompensation:$40,000 - $45,000 per year with additional incentives, performance-based bonuses, and commission opportunities for upselling with existing clients.Who We Are:Eight Digit Media is a niche digital marketing agency focused on demand generation for financial advisors and estate planning attorneys.
