The pay range per hour is $24.25 - $41.25.Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop.As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.Understand sales goals, plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your ETL, and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning.With ETL guidance, develop, coach, and lead a team of consultants.Support team onboarding, learning and help close product knowledge and skill gaps.Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guests in all areas including clearance.Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU).WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe might be a great match if:Working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited.Providing service to our guests that makes them say I LOVE TARGET! excites you.Leading teams who are stocking, setting, and selling Target products sounds like your thing.You aren’t looking for a Monday through Friday job.But, there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:High school diploma or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of age or older.Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.Lead and hold others accountable.Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices.Work independently and as part of a team.Welcoming and helpful attitude.We are an awesome place to work and care about our teams, so we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect:Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues.Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.Climb up and down ladders as needed.Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely.Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) necessary.Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Target will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
