RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize effective communication to meet specific needs of customers while simultaneously promoting comprehensive range of insurance products.
Prioritize establishing friendly customer relationships while ensuring accurate and reliable service.
Apply a customer-focused approach that involves a needs-based review process to personalize solutions for customers.
Demonstrate a strong desire to exceed office goals, accompanied by a positive and winning attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS:Property and Casualty Insurance License
Able to obtain a Life/Health Insurance License
Capable of consistently surpassing sales goals
Proactively solicit sales from both new and existing customers
