We're seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated team player to join our Chattanooga branch as a Sales Representative. In this role, you'll generate client leads, build relationships, and manage sales operations within the branch or designated territory.Schedule:

CommissionAs a Sales Representative, You Will:

Build long-term relationships.Develop and maintain product and services knowledge to become an extremely competent expert advisor.Compile and maintain a list of prospective customers for use as sales leads.Travel throughout the branch's service area to visit future clients establishing relationships.Qualify the needs of future clients.Present appropriate products and services based on identified needs.Perform field measurements of typical apartment floor plans and prepare proposals as needed.Address concerns and overcome objections of future clients.Close sales and develop client loyalty.Enter new customer data and other sales data into the computer database.Update CRM daily logging contacts with clients.Work with customer care and operations departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Investigate and resolve challenges that arise and maintain client satisfaction.Become involved in Apartment Associations.Study the profession of sales.What We Are Looking For In a Candidate:

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Hard-working, business-building temperament.Self-starter with a proactive approach.Computer literate and proficient in internet research and social networking.Proven track record in Sales or Multi-family housing.Willingness to invest time to build territory and meet customer needs.Valid Texas Driver’s License & Auto Insurance.Dependable transportation for the greater Houston area.Experience with Professional Sales Training and mentorship is a plus.Multifamily/Property Management experience preferred, but not required.Flooring experience preferred, but not required.What Is In It For You:
