Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join A Place for Mom as an Inside Sales Manager and lead a remote team of Senior Living Advisors (SLAs). Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) are inside sales representatives responsible for advising families on senior care options and working with them to find the right senior living communities that match their needs. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, a commitment to delivering a seamless consumer experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other divisions within our organization to maximize outcomes and drive company success.Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop a high performing, results driven sales team via recruitment, training, coaching, and motivatingProvide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum conversion rates and outcomesTrain, mentor and manage team on how to build relationships and educate families over the phone through the referral process while understanding each family’s unique needs and referring to the appropriate customer communities.Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomesAchieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goalsPrepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership team as requiredQuarterly overnight travel required for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, with additional local travel to visit our community customers in the market

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience successfully leading a sales team to exceed quotaPassionate about managing by metricsTrack record of developing new sales talent into top performersAbility to manage seasoned sales talent to maximize their performanceAbility to solve personnel issues both timely and professionallyPromotes a positive and energetic sales atmosphere with the teamAbility to deliver results, while working in a highly independent environmentTrack record of strong collaboration with other departments or business functions, with focus on achieving shared goalsStrong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levelsEffective time management skillsStrong computer skills, including Word and Excel. Access to a designated home office space, allowing for privacy during working hours, as well as a high-speed internet connectionCompensation:Base Salary - $100,000On Target Earnings: $140,000 +Benefits:401(k) plus matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off
