If so, come join the Fire tablet team to help build the future of the Fire tablet. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to deliver a world-class appstore on Fire tablet for customers. The products you build will be high-impact and high visibility; helping Fire tablet customers discover apps and get the most out of their devices.Key job responsibilitiesInnovate to deliver solutions to improve the customer experience and generate business value.Deliver working backward documents to define new products, establish the business case, and align with stakeholders.Deliver business requirements to inform design and engineering to ship software products that address customers' needs.Own team level and influence organization level prioritization and trade-offs.Think big to generate new product ideas.A day in the lifeYou will work closely with engineers, designers, marketing, business development teams, go-to-market teams, and executives to bring the future of the Fire tablet Appstore to customers. This role will focus not only on what customers see on their device, but how they interact with their tablet, the technical architecture that enables the features, and the business value the experience delivers. A successful candidate will be analytical, empathetic, and adept at solving complex problems with simple products customers love.About The TeamThe Amazon Devices team designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics, including the best-selling Kindle, Fire tablet, Fire TV, and Echo. Fire tablets are among the most popular consumer electronics devices on the market, with easy access to millions of apps, games, movies, books, and more. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
