Principal Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Software Builder Experience (ASBX)

DescriptionCome lead the product direction for individual software development that improves the satisfaction and productivity of all Amazon software teams! As Principal Product Manager - Tech, you will work with Amazon software builders as customers to define and deliver products (development tools, IDE integrations) that streamline the software development process, helping software teams world-wide deliver more software, faster. As a leader in our software tools organization, you will work closely with multiple development teams and our UX team to ensure a delightful development experience.Key job responsibilitiesSpecific Responsibilities Include:Collect data and feedback on the individual development process (i.e., rapid develop/test loops before code review)Own the definition and customer validation of Amazon-wide development tools that improve the software development workflowCollaborate with development teams to align on tool improvements, priority, and delivery timelineWork directly with software teams as customers to ensure their successAbout The TeamThe Amazon Software Builder Experience (ASBX) organization has a mission of creating the world’s best builder experience across tens of thousands of software engineers, and all Amazon businesses (e.g., AWS, Amazon Stores, etc.). The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
