THE POSITIONGenesys is seeking a highly motivated, experienced campaign manager who is passionate about developing integrated demand generation campaigns that help deliver on engagement, pipeline creation and booking goals. This new role specializes in developing marketing campaigns that are aligned to our new product led growth (PLG) motion - which includes a free trial offer that will evolve into a freemium experience that’s purpose-built to grow revenue within the SMB and MM segments.As a member of the demand generation team, this individual will work closely with a cross-functional group of individuals who are solely focused on the success of the PLG motion. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor, who can not only contribute to strategy, but also bring good ideas to life and track performance to identify future optimizations.Of course, you will find yourself surrounded by a world-class team of B2B marketers excited to partner with you and drive our collective success. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Product Led Growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the launch of demand generation initiatives as part of integrated global campaigns, often spanning 6+ languages. Initiatives align to two motions: (1) producing demand for our PLG motion through new trial signups, and (2) optimizing the experience for those currently engaged in a free trial.Contribute to digital strategy by recommending innovative digital tactics and campaign approaches to reach or better engage key target segments for the PLG business motion.Be the key driver of global digital demand generation strategy for the PLG motion – working directly with product, brand, web, content strategy, field marketing, operations, and other teams to finalize campaign materials according to pre-set goals or timelines.Set up Salesforce campaigns, including UTM tracking details, to support campaign launches.Setup WordPress or AWS-hosted landing pages to support asset activation and campaign launches.Write or review content for all campaign elements.Provide initial creative direction for your campaign elements, and create materials such as ads, emails and landing pages utilizing pre-approved templates, where appropriate.Help maintain regular, efficient and effective lead follow-up by collaborating frequently with the PLG SDR team.Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the status of campaigns by tactic and campaign sources.Communicate frequently with leaders across marketing, product and sales about upcoming campaign motions, manage timelines, track progress, etc; Lead global campaign activation for the PLG motion, including translation management when required.Create and present marketing campaign plans to other teams and leadership.Additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of marketing experience, preferably at a B2B tech company5+ years digital-focused campaign planning and execution experienceExperience with Marketo, Eloqua, 6Sense, Salesforce or similar toolsAttention to detail with outstanding project management skills including experience with project management tracking systems, like Asana, etc.Strong understanding of B2B demand generation principles including lead scoring fundamentals, funnel progression, etc.Willingness and desire to work within a global, enterprise-level organizationExcellent written and communication skillsStrong presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with varying deadlinesHighly collaborative and flexibleGrowth mindset an absolute mustABOUT THE CANDIDATE

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
