Quality Assurance SpecialistKey Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance within their standards.Enterprise Call improvement: evaluating the calls and providing improvement steps, customer gaps, providing feedback to leadership.Listen to the calls that happened and document in the assessment form and communicate the feedback on the calls (technical or customer service).Dealing with confidential information, so understanding that and not disclosing information.Minimum Qualifications:

Understanding how the contact center works (technical aptitude to note whether the right approach is used to solve a problem); knowledge of QA metrics; communication skills.Desired Qualifications:

Automating processes through technology; process improvement work.Location:

RemoteSalary Range:

The salary for this position is between $45,000 - $65,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits:
