Do you have a strong history of working with data and an ability to generate strategic insights? The Sr. Manager of Pricing Strategy and Analytics will work closely within CVS Caremark's data warehouse to gather data, synthesize it, and develop insights that drive the strategic direction of the organization. You will work closely with our Underwriting and Pricing Management teams to set the strategic direction and support its execution. Whether through ad-hoc analysis or report generation, you will be impacting some of the most strategically important issues facing both CVS and the PBM industry.The Sr. Manager of Pricing Strategy and Analytics will provide strategic leadership and input for data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness. You will develop and implement comprehensive data collection and analysis strategies, lead the measurement and evaluation of programs, oversee the creation of impactful reports and visualizations. You will provide strategic recommendations based on data insights, foster collaboration with stakeholders, ensure data governance and compliance, and drive continuous learning and skill development within the team.What you will doDevelop and execute analytical strategies to support business objectives and key deliverables to ensure delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.Identify opportunities for improving the organization's strategic positioning in an ever-changing competitive landscape.Communicate complex analyses to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner pursuing organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Monitor PBM industry trends and utilize organizational data to determine potential impacts.Develop and monitor critical performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.Manage relationships with internal partners.For this role you will need Minimum Requirements7-10 years work experience.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity of CVS Health data systems a plus.Advanced Excel, SAS and/or SQL coding.Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.Adept at collaboration and teamwork.Advanced problem solving and decision making skills.Experience presenting analyses to senior leaders.EducationBachelor's degree preferred.Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or other data related fields preferred.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$79,200.00 - $174,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
