This attorney will join the Anheuser-Busch Legal team to advise clients throughout the company on a wide variety of commercial and regulatory matters. It will be essential that you possess a deep desire to learn and grow professionally, are enthusiastic about our brands and projects, and proactively find solutions to complex problems while ensuring that we never take shortcuts. Since this position’s reach spans across all areas of the business and interacts with senior leadership, it is critical that you take a collaborative approach to your work, have strong communication skills and present with confidence.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Counsel and advise clients.Supervise outside counsel in litigating commercial disputes and in protecting the company's assets and reputation in litigation.Assist commercial teams with all aspects of litigation and regulatory risk analysis.Assist with due diligence on new acquisitions.Local candidates preferred. No relocation provided.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:J.D. from an accredited law school is required.Member of the Missouri Bar or willing to seek admission.Minimum of three to five years commercial litigation or in-house experience.Litigation experience preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:
