CHAOS is seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. This is a highly-collaborative role which will allow you to wear multiple hats and work very closely with our product. As a member of our engineering team, you also have the opportunity to expand your skillset across our product line.Responsibilities
Build great UI/UX to support our customers' urgent missionsWork with Product, Design, our Field Engineers, and other software engineers to create beautiful and performant productsSupport CHAOS' product build, assembly, and testingWork with the commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware (e.g., computers, switches, Software-Defined Radios, etc.)Build scripts for automated deployment and test verificationMinimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldExperience coding with Typescript, React, and PythonFamiliarity with Agile lifecycle processes including Scrum and Continuous IntegrationAbility to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teamsU.S. Person status as this position will require the ability to access U.S.-only data systemsPreferred Requirements
Experience doing fullstack development, ideally with Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPIExperience with MaterialUI or other similar design systemsDevelopment experience in Ground or Airborne Sensors (Radars, EO/IR, EW, etc.)GPU-accelerated signal processingWhy CHAOS?
